Currently, they are looking to add a Real Estate Associate to their office in Orange County, CA.
Requirements:- 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate ("CRE") finance, including advising leading financial institutions and private equity lenders on complex real estate finance matters that include hotels and resorts, industrial and distribution centers, high-rise office buildings, biomedical research complexes, and nursing facilities.
- Experience representing sophisticated lenders, including national and regional banks, insurance debt funds, and private equity lenders in real estate finance transactions.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and documenting construction and term loan facilities.
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school, exceptional legal writing ability, and proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 - $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
