Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.
As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) team is responsible for enabling Anduril's mission by ensuring our people have the right spaces to do their best work — from world-class offices to specialized labs, integration facilities, and factories. As one of the fastest-growing defense technology companies in the world, RE&F manages a global portfolio of over 5.5 million square feet across 70+ sites supporting more than 10,000 employees.
Our team sits at the intersection of business strategy, workplace enablement, and operational excellence, partnering closely with every division at Anduril to scale our physical infrastructure as fast as we scale our mission.

In this role, you will lead our Global Occupancy Planning function, reporting directly to the VP of Global Real Estate and Facilities. You will play a pivotal strategic role in shaping how Anduril's multi-division organization uses its many sites, campuses, and factories to drive mission-critical outcomes — translating headcount forecasts, technical requirements, and cross-functional adjacencies into intelligent, executable space allocation strategies.
This will require deep expertise in occupancy planning, strong analytical acumen, and proficiency with space management platforms and scenario modeling tools. If you are a forward-thinking leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at cross-functional partnership, and is energized by rapid growth and high-stakes operational impact, this role is for you.

Integrate headcount projections for office and desk needs with detailed technical and light industrial space requirements (e.g., labs, integration/test areas, specialized infrastructure). Refresh forecasts quarterly. - Drive Adjacency and Portfolio Optimization:
Analyze complex adjacency requirements to foster collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency across divisions. Develop and present multiple space allocation plan options that balance individual and enterprise needs, and facilitate cross-organizational governance processes to secure decisions on building-level assignments. Refresh comprehensive portfolio allocation plans biannually. - Own Transition Planning:
Partner with Facilities Workplace, Design, and Construction teams to develop and execute detailed occupancy and construction plans, driving change management and phasing strategies that relocate teams efficiently with minimal disruption to critical defense programs. - Build and Lead a High-Performing Team:
Lead, mentor, and grow the Space Planning team. Implement best-in-class tools, processes, and data-driven methodologies — including stack planning, utilization analytics, and scenario modeling — to elevate the function across…
