Facilities Operations Manager

• Oversee the management and operation of properties and personnel in alignment with client directives and established standards and procedures
• Collaborate with the Client Facility Manager to deliver property operation and maintenance services
• Manage customer/client relations, facility upkeep, project coordination, procurement processes, and vendor management
• Lead efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, structural, and life-safety systems across a dispersed regional portfolio
• Maintain client satisfaction and support client programs
• Manage contract, JLL corporate, and account compliance, quality control, KPIs, and SLAs with vendor partners
• Partner with the client to ensure portfolio oversight and maintenance
• Collaborate with the regional team to drive account team success
• Facilitate work order management for maintenance teams and vendors
• Enforce company policies and safety training requirements
• Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices
• Support implementation and execution of short- and long-term projects
• Support programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
• Oversee and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual on-site inspections

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years industry experience required, either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
• General knowledge of building systems, including mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficient and skilled in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and CMMS systems
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to comply with local codes, regulations, company policies, safety training requirements, and hazard control practices

Demonstrates expertise in property management, client relations, and operational oversight, with a strong focus on compliance, safety practices, and efficient project execution. Proficient in managing building systems and vendor partnerships to enhance client satisfaction and operational productivity.
