CNC Programmer

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC multi‑axis milling and turning machines.
• Design, spec out, and implement various work‑holding and fixture methods.
• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments during the manufacturing process.
• Perform quality control checks during and at the completion of the manufacturing process.

• 5+ years of experience as a programmer using CAM software such as Esprit or hyper
  
  Mill.
• 5+ years of experience as a machine setup/operator.
• Clear understanding of G and M code.
• High level of familiarity with multi‑axis and 3D machining.
• Experience with 5‑axis milling, live tooling lathes, mill‑turns, and/or multi‑task machines.
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Brother controls.
• High level of familiarity with various alloys, metals, and plastics.
• High level of tooling and fixture experience.
• High level of GD&T knowledge.
• Ability to take ownership of the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
• Ability to adapt between R&D and short production.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs access to export controlled data.

• Esprit or hyper
  
  Mill CAM experience.
• Experience with 5‑axis simultaneous programming.
• Experience with Siemens NX CAD (Teamcenter).
