Production Assembly Technician (Soldering Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. Soldering experience is preferred but not required. This role involves assembling and preparing lighting products in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Prepare and assemble linear strip lighting products
• Assemble wire leads and harnesses according to layout drawings
• Review production orders and SOPs to ensure accurate and timely assembly
• Use hand tools, saws, and drills safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to complete product orders
• Work with the QC Manager to identify and resolve assembly or component issues
• Assist with packing and labeling products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Organize and maintain tools and workstations

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
