We're looking for an Associate Development Coordinator to support footwear development projects for a leading global footwear and apparel company. If you have 1+ years of experience in product development, footwear development, or product creation support, this is an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to bringing innovative products to market.
What You’ll Do- Support footwear development projects from tech pack creation through final confirmation
- Coordinate product data, development timelines, and project documentation
- Assist with building and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Flex PLM
- Collaborate with development, design, production, and cross‑functional teams
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Help support product creation initiatives while maintaining quality and margin objectives
- 1+ years of experience in footwear development, product development, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer systems
- Knowledge of footwear construction and development processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for product creation and an interest in action sports, lifestyle, or consumer products
- Ability to work independently, follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines
