Pay Rate: $29/hour (1st Shift) to $31/hour when transitioning to 2nd Shift in September (W2 - No Benefits)

Duration: 12 Months

Starting in September:
Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM PST

Overtime:
Optional (before the scheduled shift)

We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Technician to join a leading manufacturing team in Costa Mesa. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in electrical testing, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing test fixtures and equipment.
• Work closely with Manufacturing & Test Engineers to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support workflow scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Ensure test equipment remains operational and production-ready.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives while meeting production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology, Technical Trade School certification, Military Technical training, or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED required).
• Experience with electrical test equipment such as DVMs and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of basic soldering techniques and electronic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with 480V high-voltage testing is a strong plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and interpret test results accurately.
• Manufacturing facility with hands-on equipment maintenance.
• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Occasional overtime opportunities during the week and Saturdays.
• Immediate opening with a collaborative engineering team.
