Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manual machine shop or tool room environment.
Hands-on experience operating manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other manual machining equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Experience selecting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality inspection.
Experience manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus).
