Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 2nd Shift - $22/Hour

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team.
- The role involves the assembly, labeling, and packaging of medical cables, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with all safety regulations.
- 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM in a manufacturing and assembly line setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic manufacturing, assembly, and labeling of cables.
- Engage in packaging and in-process testing.
- Operate basic hand tools and assigned production/manufacturing equipment.
- Work in a bench-top assembly environment using various manufacturing equipment for prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering of medical cables.
- Accurately record process documentation.
- Interpret, read, and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Comply with all safety requirements, including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
- Utilize basic measurement skills with hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers.
Essential Skills
- Experience in assembly and soldering.
- Operator and assembler skills with the ability to use microscopes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and production equipment.
- Soldering experience, especially within the medical device industry.
- Basic computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of minimum experience (2 to 3 years preferred for higher pay range).

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
