Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00AM – 1:30PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an Electronic Assembler (Solderer) for one of our valued clients.

This is a hands-on assembly position working with LED components. We're looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable performing detailed work with their hands and can work accurately in a production environment.

• Perform hand soldering to connect and secure components
• Assemble electronic components according to instructions
• Inspect completed work for proper placement and quality
• Handle small parts and components requiring attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Meet daily quality and production expectations

• 1-2 years of electronic assembly or soldering experience preferred
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detailed work by hand, ability to work with small electronic components
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to consistently work the 5:00 AM start time
• Ability to follow work instructions and communicate effectively in English, Spanish, or Vietnamese
