COZY Foods makes refrigerated snack bars with clean, simple ingredients. What started in our home kitchen is now on shelves at 50+ retailers across Southern California. Every bar is still made by hand, and we re looking for someone who takes pride in doing that work well.

As a Production Kitchen Associate, you ll be at the heart of what we do: mixing, hand molding, and packing COZY bars in our commercial kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and enjoys seeing a finished product come together. You ll work closely with our small team and help keep every batch looking and tasting the way our customers expect.

• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes and batch sheets
• Hand mold and shape bars to consistent size, weight, and appearance
• Portion, wrap, label, and pack finished bars for retail and online orders
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures at all times
• Monitor refrigerated storage and handle products with proper cold-chain care
• Record batch information, lot codes, and production counts accurately
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work spaces before and after production
• Flag quality issues and suggest ways to make production smoother

• Experience in a kitchen, bakery, food production, or similar hands-on environment (preferred, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in consistent, quality work
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely
• Comfortable standing for long periods, working in a cool environment, and lifting up to 50lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well on a small team
• California Food Handler Card, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
