- Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing test fixtures, testers, and equipment in accordance with engineering, quality, and safety standards.
- Works closely with the Manufacturing & Test Engineering Manager and Test Engineers.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair test equipment and fixtures.
- Ensure equipment is operational, reliable, and properly maintained.
- Perform basic scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Use DVMs, oscilloscopes, hand tools, and soldering equipment.
- Follow all safety, quality, and factory procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Associate degree/certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related technical training preferred.
- 4+ years of comparable experience.
- Experience with 480V high-voltage testing is a major plus.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, testing equipment, soldering, and hand tools.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good color vision for identifying color-coded wiring.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 20 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders/stairs.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with some dust, fumes, and odors.
- Must follow all workplace safety regulations and procedures.
