Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation
, is looking to hire a Manufacturing Test Technician
. This is an on-site role in Costa Mesa, California
!

As a Manufacturing Test Technician
, you will support manufacturing and test engineering operations by keeping test fixtures, testers, and electrical equipment safe and available for production
.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work under the direction of the Manufacturing & Test Engineering Manager and collaborate with Test Engineers to perform maintenanc
e and troubleshoot test fixture and equipment to ensure standards are met - Help minimize equipment downtime, support testing standards, and ensure work is being completed in compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure test equipment is properly maintained and operational
Required Skills & Experience
- Associate of Arts/Science in Electrical Engineering or Technology from a recognized College /
Four years' comparable experience or a Certificate of Completion from a recognized Technical Trade School /
Advanced Military technical school - High School Degree/GED or equivalent required
- Ability to use basic electronic test and measurement equipment
, such as DVM’s,
oscilloscopes
, and to correctly interpret the results. The same goes for basic hand tools - Knowledge of basic soldering techniques and use of soldering equipment
- Prior experience with high voltage 480 volts testing highly valued!
