PositionThe Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition across the business. This role owns paid media performance end‑to‑end, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing to strategically manage budgets, scale high‑performing campaigns, and support growth initiatives including promotions, regional initiatives, and new studio openings.
The Paid Media Manager brings a data‑driven, test‑and‑learn mindset, leveraging audience strategy, creative experimentation, and continuous optimization across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and emerging channels. This role works cross‑functionally with creative and marketing partners to translate business goals into measurable, high‑impact advertising results while staying ahead of industry trends and platform innovations.
The Day‑to‑day- Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to strategically allocate, manage, and optimize media budgets across platforms including Meta, Google Ads and emerging channels.
- Own campaign execution end‑to‑end, including audience targeting, keyword research, bid strategies, creative testing, and performance measurement.
- Plan and execute seasonal, regional, and location‑specific campaigns tied to promotions and new studio openings.
- Monitor performance on a daily basis, proactively adjusting tactics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with graphic designer to develop, test, and scale high‑performing ad concepts, messaging, and visual assets.
- Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a proven ability to drive measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of core performance marketing platforms, including Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of auction‑based media buying, campaign structure, and key performance levers across audiences, creative, bids, budgets, and landing page experiences.
- Experience leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Meta reporting, and similar platforms to inform decision‑making.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into structured testing roadmaps and actionable optimization strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
