Job Summary- Brings 5–7+ years of integrated, multi-channel marketing experience, ideally within hospitality or experience-driven industries
- Has a strong track record of executing performance‑driven campaigns tied to measurable growth
- Demonstrates exceptional project management and operational discipline
- Thrives in cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Operations
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will translate established brand and growth priorities into coordinated, high‑quality execution across campaigns, content, and key initiatives.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves moving work forward, driving campaigns from concept to launch, and building systems that keep marketing focused and efficient.

Skills & Qualifications- 5–7+ years of marketing experience in integrated, multi‑channel environments
- Proven ability to execute performance‑driven campaigns that support measurable demand generation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, experiential, content, and partnership channels
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic briefs into actionable plans with clear deliverables and timelines
- Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales and Operations to align messaging with delivery
- Strong written communication and storytelling capability
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and support optimization efforts
- High standards for quality, brand consistency, and follow‑through
- Experience working in hospitality or experience‑driven industries preferred
Pay Range
$80,000 – $100,000
Full‑Time, Salary/Exempt
