Social Marketing Specialist; Korean Speaking

Overview

Urban Creator is a fast-growing integrated marketing agency working with top Korean global brands in the U.S. market — including food & beverage, beauty, and cultural content. We’re looking for a Social Marketing Associate who’s passionate about building brand presence, driving community engagement, and delivering real marketing impact across platforms.

• Plan and manage social media campaigns (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.) for multiple brands.
• Develop compelling content calendars with agency creatives and brand partners.
• Track campaign performance and analyze engagement data to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with influencer and media teams to boost visibility and earned media.
• Research market and cultural trends to propose fresh content and campaign ideas.

• Experience:
  
  1–4 years in marketing or social media (agency or bilingual experience a plus).
• Education:
  
  Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Instagram, Tik Tok, and social tools (e.g., Meta Suite, scheduling platforms).
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insight.
• Passion for Korean culture, food, beauty, or lifestyle trends.

• Competitive Salary: $40,000–$50,000 based on experience + Performance Bonus
