Salary Range: $78,000 - $156,000

The Inspector works under the direction of the Chief Inspector and may be assigned additional responsibilities as required.

Acts as a representative of the Company, establishing professional business relationships with contractors, suppliers, vendors, stakeholders, and Company personnel.

Maintains an ethical conduct, aware of Company policies regarding gifts, entertainment, trips, etc., offered by contractors, vendors, or suppliers.

Provides quality assurance by inspecting work and materials for conformance to requirements, following Company specifications and approved construction drawings.

Inspects work performed by independent contractors who are free to select means, methods, and manner to perform the work; the Inspector does not direct or supervise.

Has Stop Work Authority; must shut down unsafe work.

Completes required documentation in a timely, concise, and accurate manner.

Receives frequent instruction from the superior; work is checked frequently by the Chief Inspector or delegate.

Does not inspect work it is not qualified to inspect or sign reports for work it has not inspected.
