Multifamily CRE Research Analyst

This is an on-site (in office, non-remote) position based in Costa Mesa, CA. Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance. We are not considering long-distance or out-of-state candidates at this time. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE

The Mogharebi Group is an investment advisory firm specializing in the multifamily property sector throughout the Western United States. We are seeking a full-time Research Analyst
. This opportunity will put you at the forefront of critical market information, industry analytics, and transaction velocity reporting. You will be providing the data and the market knowledge that fuels one of the top multifamily brokerage firms headquartered in Southern California.

• Research ownership of multifamily commercial real estate properties and gather client information
• Research established as well as emerging commercial real estate markets, trends, and economic indicators
• Develop and maintain data scraping solutions to extract large volumes of structured data from diverse online sources, ensuring data accuracy and efficient integration into internal databases
• Compile (and maintain as necessary) the client, property, and transaction information in our internal database and advisor dashboard
• Synthesize market data (internal and external) into digital collateral that can be easily processed by investment advisors, real estate professionals, and colleagues
• Perform regular/semi regular quality control checks on the work produced by Interns or other Research personnel

• 4-year college or university graduate
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel and Word)
• Previous experience using, or exposure to, commonly used real estate tools (primarily CoStar, Yardi Matrix, and Land Vision)
