Fully staff the store with quality people and recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees.;
Ensure the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times.;
Deliver the Del Taco Brand by executing Del Taco standards and maintaining facility and equipment to safety standards.;
Achieve or exceed sales plans by identifying goals, assigning roles, and increasing customer counts and average check.;
Maintain staffing levels to match sales, comply with labor laws, manage inventory to reduce waste, and ensure cash handling, safety, and health standards.
