Supervise 1 to 7 team members and assist RM in delivering quality guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness, and product preparation.;
Run shifts and support RM in executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.;
Train and develop restaurant staff; provide leadership and direction; participate in staffing decisions and disciplinary actions.;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and food safety/sanitation standards; monitor safety hazards.;
Use POS system to record orders, handle cashier duties, and communicate menu items to guests; maintain professional appearance and open English communication.
