The sales associate/ welder role is an exciting opportunity to provide world‑class service while offering a rapidly growing experience through permanent jewelry and delighting our Southern California customer.

Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers

Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision

Deliver in-store services with confidence (eg: welding, engraving and monogramming), training provided

Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times

Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment

Exceptional personal grooming and presentation

Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)

A customer first attitude and a desire to drive sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieved

Ability to work as part of a team
