What You'll Do Client Experience & Brand Representation- Serve as the welcoming face of our brand, greeting clients as they enter our boutique when our private consultation space is in use
- Provide warm, personalized introductions to our brand story and collections
- Manage client flow when our private consultation space is in use, ensuring every visitor feels valued and attended to
- Collect client contact information and coordinate follow-up for private appointments when the space becomes available
- Deliver an exceptional first impression that reflects our ultra-luxury positioning
- Proactively reach out to the Orange County community to build brand awareness and develop new business opportunities and book new appointments
- Support senior sales team members in serving high-value clients
- Assist with client events, deliveries, and special orders
- Contribute to achieving boutique sales goals through genuine relationship-building
- Support inventory management and stock counting
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Maintain the impeccable presentation standards our brand is known for
- Ensure the boutique environment is always client-ready
- Previous experience in client-facing roles (retail, hospitality, food service, or similar environments)
- Proven ability to connect with diverse clientele and make people feel welcome
- Comfort working in a luxury or high-service environment (preferred but not required)
- Warm, charismatic presence with natural conversational skills
- Polished and professional presentation that aligns with ultra-luxury standards
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
