To provide a world class client experience and excellent service. To develop long-lasting client relationships. To assist in the smooth operation of the store. To optimise the client experience and ensure that all sales opportunities are optimised; meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets consistently.
Responsibilities:Sales generation and target focus
- Communicate feedback on best sellers, slow sellers, missed sales opportunities and customer requests to store management.
- Achieve and exceed personal goals.
Client experience and relationship building
- Develop strong, long‑lasting, commercial relationships, establishing and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Provide exceptional client experience and service in a consistent manner.
- Provide personalised and timely after‑sales service to clients, dealing effectively with client complaints and converting returns to exchanges.
- Demonstrate high level of product knowledge (storytelling, features and benefits etc.)
Operational excellence
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, following Manolo Blahnik merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Assist with regular stock takes.
- Assist with the preparation of and working in‑store selling events.
- Maintain and assist in the creation of an enjoyable and respectful work environment in keeping with Manolo Blahnik standards and company values.
- Any other tasks as requested.
Required:
- Fluent in English, other languages would be beneficial. Conversational Mandarin would be desirable.
- 5‑7 years retail sales experience delivering excellent customer service, relationship building, and clienteling, preferably within luxury retail.
- Team player; able to work effectively in a group to develop productive working relationships.
- Able to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels and build relationships and network easily, internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Solution focused, anticipating answers and ideas for solutions to challenges.
- Brand ambassador; representing Manolo Blahnik products and values with passion & authenticity.
- High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks and behaviours.
