Summary
Commission Sales Associate responsible for selling women's shoes at the South Coast Plaza store. Drive sales through consultative service and product expertise while working on a commission structure. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet individual sales targets.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers, building rapport to identify needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge, fitting assistance, and style recommendations for women's shoes.
- Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling.
- Process transactions accurately and assist with inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
- Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or apparel.
- Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills.
- Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working on a commission structure and motivated to meet targets.
