Job Summary:

* Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to represent our luxury fragrance and home goods brand during peak seasons. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, educating clients on Diptyque's unique story and products, and driving sales.

Job Responsibilities:

* * Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.

* Clearly articulate the history, inspiration, and unique qualities of Diptyque products, including fragrances, candles, body care, and accessories.

* Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to enhance the client experience.

* Maintain an immaculate and organized sales floor, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and replenished.

* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

* Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting visual merchandising updates.

* Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

* Represent the Diptyque brand with professionalism, passion, and a commitment to luxury service.

* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

* * Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.

* A genuine passion for luxury products, fragrance, and the Diptyque brand.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele.

* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

* Flexibility to work a seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
