About Bellabu Bear
Bellabu Bear is a fast-growing premium bamboo baby and children’s apparel brand. We are expanding rapidly across DTC and wholesale channels and are seeking a Website Merchandiser to optimize our online store performance and elevate the customer shopping experience.
Position OverviewThe Website Merchandiser is responsible for driving online revenue through strategic product placement, collection optimization, promotional execution, and conversion rate improvement.
This role blends creative merchandising with data analysis and requires someone who understands Shopify, consumer behavior, and ecommerce growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Ecommerce Merchandising
- Own homepage, collection pages, and product page merchandising strategy
- Optimize product sorting, featured collections, and seasonal layouts
- Execute product launches and limited drops
- Create bundling, cross-sell, and upsell strategies
- Performance Optimization
- Monitor and improve KPIs:
Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue per Visitor - Analyze customer behavior and optimize based on data
- Run A/B tests on collections, product positioning, and promotional layouts
- Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend adjustments
- Monitor and improve KPIs:
- Promotional & Campaign Execution
- Implement sitewide promotions and launch campaigns
- Coordinate merchandising strategy with paid media calendar
- Ensure seamless landing page and campaign alignment
- Inventory & Sell-Through Management
- Monitor stock levels and adjust visibility accordingly
- Support sell-through strategies for aging inventory
- Highlight high-margin and hero products
- 3+ years ecommerce merchandising experience
- Strong Shopify experience required
- Strong understanding of DTC growth metrics
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Lifetimely, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
