The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store leadership by executing opening and closing procedures, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to daily store operations. • Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support store security and cash handling
• Oversee stockroom organization and assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices
• Assist management with day-to-day store operations and staff communication
• Support visual merchandising and implementation of display standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, fixtures, and supply levels
• Ensure customer feedback and complaints are handled promptly and appropriately

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
• Capability to support operational, merchandising, and personnel management tasks
