Summary

The Keyholder is an in-store sales leader responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and supporting daily operations. This role supports clientelling initiatives, after-sales service, and store presentation while helping to meet individual and store KPIs. The Keyholder also assists with opening and closing procedures and coaches team members to elevate sales performance.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador and provide exceptional client service to drive sales and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, including client data capture and KPI metrics (sales, UPT, ATV).
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships, including after-sales follow-up and service.
• Support daily store operations such as opening/closing registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, processing returns, exchanges, and consignments.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing the sales team and support business-driving events and initiatives.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment and multi-task effectively.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with strong communication and partnership skills.
