Stock Controller - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and the sales team to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and maintains stock both front‑and‑back-of‑house while supporting store staff and initiatives. The position requires directing deliveries and coordinating with Stock Associates to meet operational standards.

• Manage inventory processes and maintain accurate stock levels, including UPT updates and availability reports
• Oversee shipping and receiving procedures and direct staff for store inventories
• Maintain back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house stock to operations guidelines
• Provide customer service related to repairs and returns of merchandise
• Support and train store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and operations procedures
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Adhere to company operational policies and complete additional duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven experience with inventory management, maintenance and reporting
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• College degree preferred
• Authorization to work in the country of employment and must be 18 years or older
• Able to work varied hours, overtime with short notice, and stand/walk for the majority of a 40‑hour week
• Ability to move and handle merchandise and boxes generally weighing up to 40 pounds and operate required equipment
• Strong attention to detail, leadership qualities, and ability to read/analyze reports and perform basic calculations
