Operations Professional - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Operations Professional supports back-of-house store operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and exceptional client service. This role partners with client advisors, management, and corporate teams to drive store sales and operational excellence. It serves as a foundation for growth within the Operations function.

• Complete daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, transferring merchandise, and cleaning jewelry.
• Reconcile inventory using reports and systems and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Support client interactions and follow up on requests via phone and e‑mail to help generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and deliver the brand experience during every client interaction.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and support store commercial targets through operational activities.

• Minimum 2 years of prior retail experience in retail operations, merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to follow operational policies and procedures.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and overnight shifts as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
