Department Manager, Women's - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Department Manager, Women's leads and mentors the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience while driving category sales and profitability. This role owns department performance through team development, clienteling, visual merchandising, and operational execution. The manager represents the brand in-store and within the local market.

• Lead, coach and mentor Client Advisors to deliver the Fendi Client Journey and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Recruit, develop talent and implement succession and development plans in collaboration with Store Management.
• Drive department sales through clienteling, cross‑selling and building a personal client portfolio.
• Manage day‑to‑day floor operations, staffing and inventory control for assigned categories.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to execute floor rotations and maintain visual standards.
• Communicate corporate strategy to the team and run morning briefings and trainings.

• Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and digital literacy.
• Experience using POS systems and inventory management functions; RTW experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Foreign language skills and collaborative team orientation are a plus.
