Joybird is seeking a Design Sales Associate in Costa Mesa to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in our showrooms. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer experience, along with the ability to maintain store operations and perform supervisory duties.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail sales experience and must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends. Compensation includes a base pay of $18 per hour and commission on sales.
