Selling Supervisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Selling Supervisor supports the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve individual and store sales targets in a luxury retail environment. This role organizes the selling floor, maintains merchandise presentation and handles point-of-sale transactions while complying with asset protection procedures. The position partners with management on operational tasks and assists with inventory and after-sales support.

• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor, restock merchandise and supplies, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Process POS transactions accurately, maintain CRM and sales records, and support after-sales administration.
• Prepare and assist with inventory, participate in cycle counts, and follow EAS tagging and ticketing procedures.
• Comply with asset protection procedures including key control, bag checks, and merchandise security.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and provide high levels of client service at all times.

• 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance.
