Part-Time Sales Support — Year-Round Costa Mesa, CA; 17th

Shop Common Thread is a women's boutique built around one idea: getting dressed should feel easy. We carry chosen pieces for real women with full lives and help them actually put outfits together. No overwhelm, no guesswork, just confidence walking out the door.

We have two locations in Orange County and a team that genuinely loves what they do. We're looking for one more person to join us at our 17th Street Costa Mesa store in a Sales Support role.

Before a client finds the outfit that makes her feel good, the store has to feel easy, welcoming, and put together. That's where this role comes in.

• You're dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• You notice what needs to be done and jump in without being asked
• You move quickly without making things feel chaotic
• You're positive, team-focused, and easy to work with
• You care about the experience, even behind the scenes
• You're available 3–4 days a week, including one weekend day

No prior retail experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What we're looking for is someone warm, dependable, and easy to talk to. Our client experience doesn't end at the fitting room — it carries all the way through to checkout. If you can hold a genuine conversation and make someone feel taken care of, you're exactly who we're looking for.

• Greeting customers and helping create a warm, welcoming store experience
• Supporting the sales team with fitting rooms and client needs
• Replenishing and organizing inventory on the floor and in the backroom
• Keeping the store clean, stocked, and visually appealing
• Helping make the store feel calm and easy to shop

• 15–18 hours per week
• 3–4 days per week, including one weekend day
• Year-round position, not seasonal
