Client Advisor; W​/M - South Coast Plaza

Berluti has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Retail Client Advisor based in our South Coast Plaza store, in Costa Mesa, California.

• Meet individual and store targets sales targets
• Incorporate product knowledge, brand information and history in the selling ceremony with the end result of maximizing sales and building client loyalty
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in the database
• Build and expand a client book; follow-through with client concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships and drive business.
• Follow up with any shipping, alterations, repairs or other matters related to clients
• Assist in visual merchandising, general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required

We are eager to speak to individuals who have at least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Berluti brand. This individual will have the ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through communication, organization and follow-through skills.

Fluency in English is a must and speaking a second language is a plus.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $27.00-$29.00 plus the opportunity for a bonus and commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
