Job Purpose

To guide each customer through the Juice It Up! customer experience, before, during and after the purchase.

Outcomes and Responsibilities

Serve only quality products in a sparkling store:

Follow JIU! standards when handling and preparing all smoothies, juices, bowls and food.
Follow JIU! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, restrooms, and any part of the JIU! store.
Ensure cups, spoons, napkins, merchandise, and snacks are stocked and available to customers at all times.
Follow health and safety standards to assist others in doing the same.

Say Hi & Offer Samples and Product Knowledge:

Welcome every customer with a sincere "Hello, welcome to Juice It Up!" and offer them samples. Answer any questions and offer product knowledge.

POS and Cash Handling:

Master POS and order taking process to ensure correct product, always ask for customer name and deliver drink with customer name and drink name.
Be able to count change and be skilled at accepting cash, credit cards and gift cards for payment.
Ability to enter coupons and loyalty cards.
Qualified to count and balance cash drawer with accuracy.

Work Environment

Semi confined space, generally cold in temperature and noisy. Extremely team oriented. Individuals work with one to two other employees.
