We are seeking a Supervisor who balances a passion for people and excellence in retail while supporting and guiding the on‑floor team. The Supervisor is front line and the point person for our store, working directly with riders as a host, mentor, brand advocate, and customer service lead to identify and provide solutions quickly and frictionlessly.

• Deliver world class rider service that drives ongoing sales and rider satisfaction
• Connect with riders, ask questions, listen to needs, and offer options and advice
• Inspire riders to purchase, celebrate the purchase, and create a positive impression of the brand and process
• Deliver inclusive, ride‑focused, locally authentic experiences for staff and riders, in line with the Specialized Retail Way
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, restock as needed, and keep product areas clean and organized
• Maintain store opening cleanliness standards and daily operations, including light janitorial duties
• Use company literature and training to stay current on product features
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities when the store manager is absent

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
• Bike shop experience preferred
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication with riders and team members
• Availability to work weekends as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods; may involve walking, kneeling, or reaching
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and use proper lifting techniques
