Seasonal Luxury Sales Associate

We're hiring Seasonal Sales Associates / Stylists to join a luxury retail team in Costa Mesa for the month of July

• Create a warm, welcoming, and personalized shopping experience for every client
• Build genuine relationships while providing expert styling recommendations
• Assist clients with product selection, outfit building, and wardrobe styling
• Meet individual and team sales goals through exceptional service
• Maintain the sales floor through merchandising, replenishment, and visual standards
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Support fitting rooms, inventory, and daily store operations
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an elevated luxury shopping experience

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable with flexible availability, including weekends if needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Pay: $24/hour
• Duration: Seasonal assignment throughout July
