Grit Cycle Team Members are passionate, experience focused, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness. A Grit Team Member works part-time and must have at least 3 days of availability, including a Saturday or Sunday. They provide a client‑focused experience while maintaining studio cleanliness and supporting daily operations. Grit Team Members report to the Studio Manager or Senior Studio Manager.
Job SummaryTeam Members are the first friendly face clients encounter, assist new clients acclimate, set up, and remain comfortable throughout the class. They deliver high‑level customer service, support instructors, and uphold the studio’s aesthetic and culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesShift Tasks
- Provide high‑level customer service and hospitality to clients.
- Operate within scheduled duties, including cleaning checklists.
- Support instructors to ensure a successful class check‑in process.
- Maintain the distinct Grit Cycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
- Pay careful attention to detail and complete tasks thoroughly.

- Maintain an active CPR certification and uphold protocol for client and staff safety.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to attest to employment authorization.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have employment eligibility and identity documents.
- Must be able to travel to studios and headquarters with own transportation methods.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must attend one staff meeting per quarter.
- Must work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with the availability to work one Saturday or Sunday each week.
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
- Willing to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with Mariana Tek.
