About the Role
Nespresso is hiring a part‑time Stock Associate to be part of our dynamic team at South Coast Plaza inside Bloomingdales. The role involves driving multiple facets of the business, from back‑of‑house to the sales floor, ensuring that customers find their favorite coffees and products in our retail boutique.

What you’ll be doing- Back‑of‑house functions: process all inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
- Stockroom organization: maintain organization to ensure products are easily located for the sales team.
- Customer experience: replenish merchandise within the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
- Operations and safety: maintain a safe boutique environment, ensure cleanliness, and demonstrate loss‑prevention efforts.
- Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Patience for day‑to‑day challenges in a fast‑paced environment and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
