Summary

Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at the service desk in a high‑end department store. Assist customers with purchases, returns, and inquiries while supporting merchandising and store presentation standards. This part‑time role contributes to a positive shopping experience and smooth daily operations.

• Greet and assist customers, offering product information and personalized service.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is organized and stocked.
• Support fitting room operations and coordinate with team members to resolve customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and elevate issues to leadership when necessary.

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and assist with lifting and moving merchandise as needed.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
