Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and order pickups, be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions, and ensure the collection area is organized for a friction-free pickup experience;
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space, including pickup and return areas, and support curbside delivery of BOPS orders;
Meet daily sales goals and learn about new arrivals, promotions, and top-selling items to engage customers confidently;
Greet customers with hospitality, build relationships, and communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors;
Support teamwork, adapt to changing priorities, and uphold Macy’s service standards and policies
