Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager will lead daily store operations in Costa Mesa, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional luxury service, and managing a high-performing retail team. This role is responsible for achieving quantitative targets, developing staff, and ensuring operational excellence in line with brand standards. The manager will also oversee inventory, after-sales processes, and store financials to optimize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development by analyzing metrics, implementing action plans, and achieving quantitative targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador and ensure elevated customer service and VIC initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team; participate in recruiting and create career development plans.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, cycle counts, stockroom organization, and after-sales processes.
• Manage store P&L related expenses, facilities issues, scheduling, and enforce compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising alignment with corporate guidelines and communicate risks or opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other retail digital tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high-volume stores, inventory control, and operational procedures.
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.
