Cartier North America is seeking a Sales Director in Costa Mesa to lead the luxury boutique, drive the High Jewelry business, and oversee the sales team. You will partner with regional and boutique leadership to implement clienteling strategies and ensure an exceptional client experience.
You will manage budgets, coordinate with corporate departments, and recruit and develop talent to sustain growth in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. MBA preferred and weekend hours required.
