Beauty Advisor

Action Link is hiring a Beauty Advisor to represent premium beauty and personal care brands in major retail stores. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions that match customer needs while driving sales and meeting performance goals. Responsibilities include educating customers and store staff on product benefits, maintaining brand displays and merchandising standards, tracking activity and results, and providing feedback from the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in retail stores to understand beauty and personal care needs
• Demonstrate and recommend beauty products to drive sales and meet targets
• Educate shoppers and store staff on product features, benefits, and usage
• Maintain brand displays, fixtures, and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels for assigned products and communicate needs
• Capture and report daily activity, sales results, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with store personnel and Action
• Link team members to support campaigns
• Follow brand guidelines, hygiene standards, and store policies at all times
