Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor will lead and coach the client advisor team at the Costa Mesa boutique, driving sales performance and key indicators while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This role combines hands-on selling, team development, and partnership with store leadership to cultivate client relationships and grow business.

• Manage and lead the client advisor team, achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development for team members
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and personalized service
• Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service, anticipating client needs
• Support front- and back-of-house operations and foster a collaborative team environment
• Use available tools and systems to optimize business opportunities and track performance

• Professional experience in luxury fashion/accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Business-minded, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for fashion and styling
• Comfortable with technology and retail applications; quick learner
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English; team-centric attitude
