Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly, answering questions and promoting promotions;
Assist guests with meeting gaming needs and upsell by recommending additional items;
Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure products are easy to find and merchandised per guidelines;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence and assist with onboarding/training;
Assist with scheduling, payroll approvals, and ensuring breaks/meals are accounted for; input performance feedback into HR system in partnership with Store Manager
