Regional Client Relations Manager, Les Extraordinaires

Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate and strategic Regional Client Relations Manager - Les Extraordinaires to lead client engagement and loyalty initiatives for our West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing client relations strategies that cultivate long-term relationships with our most valued clients. You will work in close partnership with store leadership and the Regional Client Development team to elevate client experiences and drive business growth.

With a refined understanding of luxury client behavior, clienteling, and event execution, you will contribute to the ongoing success of the West Region as a whole.

The Regional Client Relations Manager will co-create the regions strategy for driving exceptional product categories, tailoring the approach by store. Primary functions include proposing results-oriented actions, playing a key role in in-store client focused animations and being a team player in delivering overall business objectives.

This role will partner with the Stores Client Development and Top Sellers to create innovative and impactful action plans to grow and develop our existing Client. As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships with top clients, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.

To be successful in this role you must possess extensive people management skills gained within a high profile luxury retail brand, world class customer service skills and the desire to continuously strive to meet business objectives and exceed our client's expectations. We are eager to speak to those that are fluent in best practices within Client Relations with direct clienteling, high level hosting and elevated selling environment experience.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $130,000 - $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
