Summary

The Store Director at South Coast Plaza leads all store operations to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and ensure operational excellence in a luxury retail environment. • Lead sales efforts and coach sales associates to achieve and exceed category and personal sales targets.
• Participate actively on the selling floor, support clienteling, and drive new client acquisition and retention.
• Manage store operations including daily reporting, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and compliance with retail procedures.
• Support and implement visual merchandising standards and take action on sales trends to optimize presentation.
• Handle customer issues and facilitate service solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
• College degree or equivalent experience and strong digital literacy.
• Proven ability to build and empower teams, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to mediate and resolve customer or staff concerns and maintain service orientation.
• Foreign language skills considered a plus.
