Strategist; Account Executive

This position is for applicants located in the United States and is fully remote

Klient Boost is a Performance Marketing Agency based out of Costa Mesa, CA. We also have an office in Raleigh, NC and remote team members in 16 different states. We're looking for an amazing individual to join our Sales Team as an Account Executive (internally and client facing this role is titled “Growth Strategist”).

In this role it is important to thoroughly understand Paid Digital Marketing. Those who have found the most success in this role have come from a Marketing Background that have moved into Sales. You will be looking at Prospects accounts and be responsible for determining if there are areas of opportunities. Having experience or knowledge of Paid Media, SEO, CRO and Creative Strategy.

• Understand paid digital marketing concepts and identify opportunities within prospects’ accounts.
• Sell to new prospects in a consultative manner, educating them on how to hit their marketing and business goals with the help of Klient Boost.
• Work on a mix of inbound and outbound leads.
• Sell primarily to SMBs.
• Coordinate with in-house subject matter experts to join sales calls to help increase close rates.

• You have at least 2+ years of marketing service sales experience in an agency setting.
• You have a Performance Marketing background (able to discuss Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Creative Strategy).
• You have experience with multiple paid ads platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads, Amazon Ads, etc).
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset and are highly adaptable.
• You possess a hunter mentality and are self-motivated.
• You have strong soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented.
• You have professional curiosity and are eager to learn.
• You have strong familiarity with Hub Spot and various sales tools/platforms.
• You want to learn and grow.
• You are passionate about marketing and actively seek to improve through industry resources and action.

The pay range for this role is: 60,000 - 70,000 USD per year (Remote – United States).
